-Use Unistrut.  Bolt the antenna to one long vertically oriented unistrut piece.  Secure the unistrut to the anemometer bars with a ubolt.  Attach a second piece of unistrut horizontally oriented on the antenna and ubolt the free end of this to the tripod base such that the antenna is pointed in the direction of the opposite repeater.  Also, probably will need to drill / grind out a slot a bit to get two bolts into the unistrut.
