* erected radiation pole using 2 steel turnbuckles to existing & remaining duckbill anchors

* replaced snow depth SR50, same one as before (was stored in battery box).

** sensitivity constant: 14.1 uV/W-m^2
** (old sensor was s/n 052069)
** measured height: 87 cm centerline to ground surface
** radiation sensor wiring: 4H-WHT, 4L-GRN, G-CLR

* tightened SR50; still 147 cm

* edited program
** changed snow depth constant from 200 to 147 cm
** changed net rad coeff from 14.6 to 14.1
** saved program
** program still DBM3-07sep06-09
