* For some reaosn the PoE 12V battery charge controllers I bought don't work. Maybe worth contacting the company at some point. The PoE switch works, I confirmed that. The charge controller however never supplies charging power to the battery. I tried with three different PoE adapters and several of the PoE devices. It's possible I wasn't drawing enough current to turn the charge controller on but that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
* 1) I left a battery in the SWE instrument box. It will require a power supply. Campbell makes one that might be the simplest. Buy three of them or something.
* 2) battery next to SS Soil Pit 2 is currently doing nothing.
* 3) battery in the shed is currently doing nothing
* 4) battery near geonor is connected.
