C1 -- There are some to check on but I'll need to rereview.
C2 -- 2007 & 2008 Met in wrong format.
K1 -- at least 2007 & 2008 met in wrong format.
Things to look for:
- Data coverage field is accurate in metadata header
- Columns for both UTC & AKSTD Time and format is yyyymmddhhmm and yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm respectively
- Data version is consistent
