To Purchase in town etc
- after leg supports are in place will need to pick up lag bolts for anchor base mounts
 
Tools needed Thursday
- Lunch
 - wired Sawzall with long blade for cutting 8x8" lumber
 - extra long sawzall blade
 - tool belt, small
 - 9/16" Wrench & nut driver / socket
 - gorilla cart
 - cordless drill for hangers
 - 2 pcs uni-strut
 - 8 pcs uni-strut clamps
 - Wood Screws & washers to secure unistrut to trailer
 - tie downs to secure pipe to trailer
 
Bolting hardware
- Medium-Strength Grade 5 Zinc-Plated Steel Cap Screw, 3/8"-16 Thread, 4" Long
 - Type 316 Stainless Steel Nylon-Insert Locknut, 3/8"-16 Thread Size
 - Zinc Yellow-Chromate Plated Steel Flat Washer, Grade 9, 3/8" Screw Size
 
Thursday Plan
- Pick up vehicle at FS
- load vehicle with all my other tools & equipment
 - toss in the key card for PFRR
 
 - drive to north pole & White Spruce (before NP proper)
 - Return to campus & load up trailer
- screw uni-strut to trailer
 - secure rest of pipe to trailer
 
 - drive to PFRR & unload pipe
 - Move pipe & 16 of the 96 clamps to the shed area, probably in cart.
 - move the four earth anchors from the vehicle to the shed area.
 - bring the tools to the shed
 - Cut the 8x8 timber to size using the sawzall
 - place the timber on the ground supports
 - put the bottom piece on the pipe.
 - secure the first pipe at the bottom with the clamps & bolts/nuts/washers (2 per clamp)
 - secure the first pipe at the top with the clamps & bolts/nuts/washers (2 per clamp)
 - repeat for the other three pipes
 
Friday Plan
- secure any remaining pipes top & bottom
 - Screw in the four earth anchors
 - start securing in the remaining 10 clamps per leg.
 - install on the shed the hooks for the top pulley deal
 
Plan for 1st week of October
- continue securing the clamps
 
Extra Notes
- the cyberpower below the SS Toughbook may be at capacity. Or who knows. There was a power surge that tripped it, which brought the network down when the deal didn't come back up.
 - something to keep an eye on. It coincided perhaps with an 8/21 visit.
 - it is a recurring brown out but I'm not sure yet if it is hitting everything or just that UPS.
 - probably need an extension to reconnect the HMP power.
