Worked with UA networking to get the Moxa NPort DE311 server back online. The DHCP client on this thing does not work very well -- or maybe at all. It does not request an address when the given lease expires, and this is not in compliance with the RFCs. However, with the network routers configured to tie an IP to its mac address, the device is accessible.
Another problem, however, suggests changing the Moxa out. Pretty frequently I 've seen corrupt images downloaded from the UK repeater camera, which is only one hop from the Toolik base.
