Sumbmit PR in early January/July 2023.
- PR could probably be sent in December for 1 year of service (2 payments)
- Service is renewed every 6 months. Surveyors Exchange is the provider and since I have a personal satphone they always email my personal email address. So, I'll forward that to you but they usually don't call to check on credit card info till within a day or two of the service being due and that is too late for getting a PR sent in first. No problem for me to coordinate on that.

Annually in late August
- I have been charging JAMSTEC for the virtual machine since it is the official repository for most data but it also hosts a bit of NGEE data.
- Submit a PR in late July / early August and then RCS will send a JV request towards the end of the month.

Deactivated:

I could have suspended service on this but that is $5 per month and my procard will canceled soon, I'm not sure if Wanda / Travis pro cards will also be deactivated but all of our cards also expire in November. So canceling service seemed like the best option to me despite the fact that we'll have to pay an activation fee again next time it is used.
