To Purchase in town etc

  • 52 more 3/8" washers
  • cable ties
  • split loom
  • Ubolts & unistrut for the anchors (4 pcs) need to fit over 2" pipe.

Extra to bring out Monday

  • cordless battery charger
  • more exterior wood screws
  • proper bit for the wood screws

Tools needed Thursday

  • Lunch
  • wired Sawzall with long blade for cutting 8x8" lumber
  • extra long sawzall blade
  • tool belt, small
  • 9/16" Wrench & nut driver / socket
  • gorilla cart
  • cordless drill for hangers
  • 2 pcs uni-strut
  • 8 pcs uni-strut clamps
  • Wood Screws & washers to secure unistrut to trailer
  • tie downs to secure pipe to trailer

Plan for 1st week of October

  • put metal plates under the the two south side supports
  • use four of the scaffold clamps to secure each south side leg in two places to the extra scaffolding added by Ikawa.
  • once those are in place then add the remaining clamps to the south side supports.
  • with the south side complete, lock in place the weak leg support.
  • with the it in place and fully clamped, remove the original helper.
  • put in a secondary 10' support on the NW leg
  • move the fourth pipe to the NE corner
  • clamp up the NE corner leg support.
  • with the legs fully clamped, start on the guy wires.

Bolting hardware

  • Medium-Strength Grade 5 Zinc-Plated Steel Cap Screw, 3/8"-16 Thread, 4" Long
  • Type 316 Stainless Steel Nylon-Insert Locknut, 3/8"-16 Thread Size
  • Zinc Yellow-Chromate Plated Steel Flat Washer, Grade 9, 3/8" Screw Size

Extra Notes

  • the cyberpower below the SS Toughbook may be at capacity. Or who knows. There was a power surge that tripped it, which brought the network down when the deal didn't come back up.
  • something to keep an eye on. It coincided perhaps with an 8/21 visit.
  • it is a recurring brown out but I'm not sure yet if it is hitting everything or just that UPS.
  • probably need an extension to reconnect the HMP power.
