  • replaced snow sensor. Old s/n 4800, new s/n C2333
  • measured distance from ground to sensor
    • old distance was 112cm, new distance is the same
  • rewired soil moisture sensors: wiring is as follows:
    • bl-bl, red-red, gre-gre, oran-white
  • added conduit

  • SR50 replaced old w/ new SR50M-45, S/N C4800 PROM SR50V13, SIG 56809
  • Used Rob's 45' lead
  • Repulled YSIx3 soil temp surface sensors
  • Installed new YSIx3 sensors but 2 of 3 were bad
  • all cables are in conduit
  • SR50 to ground distance is 108, but grass is 10-18 cm higher
  • tightened electric fence, but....?

  • net radiometer replaced
    • s/n 052046
    • 14.6 uV/W-m^2
    • 120 cm centerline sensor to ground
  • SR50 -- cable missing, not replaced (had one, but too short)
  • RMYoung & HMP45C cables put in flex conduit on tripod
  • no GWS-YSI sensor, and no conduit was left for it
  • AT shields braced with mast/enclosure bracket to strengthen
  • antenna cable wrapped with nylon spiral wrap; no way to pull into conduit
  • conduits wired (using tie-wire) to enclosure entry fittings to secure
  • soil temp profile cable: added strain relief using hose clamp & cord; load was on the multiplexer terminals
  • added cord inside enclosure to secure extra/loose cables inside
  • replaced rain gauge
    • model: TR-525USW
    • s/n: 37655-1205
    • collector/funnel secured with hose clamp
    • screen secured with electrical tape

  • LOTS of fox scat around site, many chewed cables
