Rough on-site todo

  1. Remove box & solar panel
  2. Measure from top of tripod base to cross arm... note in fieldbook
  3. Remove crossarm off tripod
  4. unscrew center pole
  5. put 1.5" offset nurail fitting on new center pole
  6. attach new center pole
  7. put cross arm, instrument box, and solar panel back on the tower.
  8. Install new instrument box on lower leg.
  9. Mount all new sensors
    1. Net Radiometer @ 1-1.5m
    2. WS on radiometer crossarm
    3. HMP155 on radiometer crossarm
    4. Second HMP155 & WS high up on tower, maybe as high as they'll reach.
    5. Armor all the cabling
    6. Armor and install the precip bucket.
    7. Install the precip wind screen
