Purpose:

Spring station data download and creek measurement.

Proposed Itinerary

Day 1 --- May 20 2022

  • Fly in around Noon.
  • Pick up Truck.
  • Drive to Teller 27
    • Gage the Creek
    • Download data from all sites at bottom
    • Replace radiometer at Teller Bottom
    • Fix anything broken
      • We won't fix the mast at IS2 snow site but might take it down?
        • Consider bringing a saw to cut it.
        • Look at snow depths and pictures and then put a shorter mast in its place come fall?
  • 1:30 PM -- on the road for Teller 27
  • 2:30 PM -- arrive
  • 3:00 PM -- arrive at the bottom.
  • 6:00 PM -- Finish for the day
  • 7:00 PM -- Arrive back in Nome

    • (ordered a replacement SR50A for the willows site. Will need to deploy in 2022)
  • Drive to teller top
    • download data
    • HMP155 cable, try redoing the connections inside the instrument box.

Day 4 --- May 23 2022

  • Wrap up loose ends in town
  • Return home.
