2016 Update:

• incorrect 6999 Imiq C2 SW In 6/29/2006 23:00
• incorrect 7777 Imiq C2 SW In 1/1/2007 1:00 to 5/15/2007 9:00
• incorrect 7777 imiq c2 sw in 10/1/2007 1:00 to 12/31/2007 23:00
• incorrect 7777 imiq c2 sw in 1/1/2008 0:00 to 1/26/2008 0:00
• incorrect 7777 imiq c2 sw beginning about 8/5/2007. All 0 values turn into 7777

• General comment:
  • should tighten up the QA parameter hi/lo for Air Temps in the parameter files.
  • Did for blueberry 7/6/2016

C1 -- There are some to check on but I'll need to rereview.
  * data gap 12/12/2002 - 1/1/2003
  * data gap 11/20/2003 - 6/10/2004
C2 -- 2007 & 2008 Met in wrong format.
K1 -- at least 2007 & 2008 met in wrong format.
K1 -- Early soil columns flop around 2001 - 2004 (I need to plot it up to understand why/how.

Things to look for:

• Data coverage field is accurate in metadata header
• Columns for both UTC & AKSTD Time and format is yyyymmddhhmm and yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm respectively
• Data version is consistent
