Procedures for setting up Novatel Base GPS and Rover/Boat GPS for RTK corrections in ADCP work

I may have made some minor changes to the base script annotations, and have a draft of the riogrande rover version.

I think this may be sufficient, and I do not intend to do this for the other scripts since there's a lot of duplication, and most of the differences would be different log output rates or similar details. Maybe an appendix could be used to list different versions.

I did add some text mentioning the FIX POSITION instruction at the end of the base page, since that is an option that could be useful in some cases.

I tried to include page numbers referencing entries in the Novatel manual. I had earlier prepared subsets of the manual to include only the few commands and logs we commonly use, available here:
