Instal evap pan

  • field calibrate
  • edit program
  • for platform
    • exterior grade plywood - home depot will cut it
    • exterior deck screws
  • calibrate in mm to get units in mm

Wind sensors replacement

  • calculate multiplier for wind direction sensor. for back calculation purposes
  • Replace wind direction sensors
  • align (declination: 18.5 degrees)
    • North (0/360 degrees) when nose points AWAY from box, for both sensors
    • aligned in office so that when nose faces same way as box, reads 180.
  • to install propeller, hand tighten then tighten with channel locks
  • both wind sensors can use same excitation port

Telemetry

Finish installing radio + ethernet for redundancy

  • old RF310B is in WQ in computer racks to left after enter
    • black box with campbell scientific marking
    • put timer on power source
  • radio connected to CR3000 with CS10 port gets power from this port as well
  • check config settings on NL201 nl201.toolik.uaf.edu should be:
    • HwAddr: 00:D0:2C:02:0D:73.
