replace LI7550 at forest floor
swap out tower top CNR4
computer maintenance on PEN Camera
computer maintenance on ss-lognet
add arable
add soil pit 2

To Do Yet

fix tower network cable
program mod for ss_met and ss_soil to output arable variables on the five minutes
program and wire up soil pit box
