Day 1

  • Fly to Nome
  • Get gear from container
  • start batteries charging
  • if time run out to Teller and set up GPS to log at GCP / install new PT for Teller SW / Make a discharge measurement
  • Would be nice to grab the CR6 (& enclosure) from conex and use it in a place with wifi to get CR6 driver installed.

Day x

  • Teller m47 CAS
  • Download Data
  • setup new tiny station
    • precip bucket stand
      • 3x pieces of pipe
      • 2x screed stake
      • 1x three way deal
      • 2x hose clamps
    • hang Airtemp
    • mount tiny solar panel
    • extra battery
    • charge controller
    • radiation shield for new air temp

Day X

  • Visit Teller Basin
    • Download data
    • check level of radiometer & precip buckets
    • change out transducers on snow sensors

Snow setup

  • Data logger
  • 12v battery
  • small solar panel
  • charge controller
  • 3pcs SR50A snow depth sensor
  • 1-2 pcs 4m snow stand
    • Several snow stand models. 4m could be 8' 4x4 plus 10' 1" pipe vertical with 5' pipe horizontal with 90 degree cross piece. Then to maintain vertical angle iron on two sides plus guy wires on the other two sides. Think about how long for the angle iron...
