Tools

  • Torpedo Level
  • 5/16" Nut Driver
  • 3/8" Nut driver (sometimes)

Supplies

  • Shouldn't need any

Procedure

  • Remove the orifice top of the tipping bucket and set aside.
  • Put the torpedo level on and point it along the axis of one of the leveling legs.
  • use a nut driver to loosen the hoseclamp connected to this first leveling leg. Adjust leg up and down until torpedo bubble in this direction. Then, retighten the hose clamp.
  • rotate torpedo 90 degrees and repeat for the second leg.
  • put the orifice back on the sensor.
